Professional Summary
I am a User Experience Designer with an extensive background in the customer service industry. I have 10+ years experience in roles that required me to execute user- centered experiences- ranging from restaurants, retail, the health and beauty industry, and now the digital product space. Remaining adaptable and open minded when facing challenges has helped me to become an excellent problem solver, empathizing with and understanding user needs and motivations. My work is research oriented, developing data driven solutions for engaging designs. I strive to help everyday people have better interactions and experiences.
Design Philosphy
I view design as the facilitation of an experience. Every interaction and every experience we have is unique and subjective. With User Experience Design, I bridge the gap between subjectively good and objectively great experiences.
Personal Summary
I am a passionate researcher and "student of life". My favorite question is "why?" Continual growth and understanding is the mission, and I never want to stop learning and gaining perspective. My personal philosophy is "if it can be learned, I can be taught". Those close to me would describe me as bubbly and creative, a self- starter and entrepreneurial spirit. I pride myself on leaving things better than I found them and am constantly looking to improve practices, procedures, and approaches for elevated experiences.
In my free time, I enjoy backpacking and hiking, kickboxing, and hanging out with my rabbit!
